Coconut Cake

Here is my Christmas Coconut Angel Food Cake--it was a huge hit with my guests.  In fact, it lasted less than 6 hours total.  The recipe for this particular cake will be featured in my first cookbook, which will be released sometime in mid 2012.  Photos?  Here are a couple.
