First of all, I would like to say thank you so much for making time for me to present my cake. I learned a lot from what you said this morning and grateful that you give me lots of tips, ideas and input. Honestly, you "boost" my confidence to the next level. I was concerned about the taste more than anything else because I never had formal training/class on baking related skills. My husband has been saying to me "Do your best and go from there" ; oh well it is easier to say than do especially for a beginner like myself. I would like to say thank you so much for your kind review and please don’t hesitate at all to criticize or give me input at any time. The follow up that I receive from my clients certainly push me to get better and challenge me on how to exceed their expectations. You can't buy those impressions on people's faces when they are happy with the design AND also the taste of the cake. I feel so much accomplishment and satisfaction when my customers are happy, all those long hours and frustration is paid off. Have a good trip and hopefully you can have your own reality show about cake……..keep all my fingers crossed.
